Service Agreement

Maison Pristine provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in Ontario, Canada. Our services include:

  • • Regular house cleaning
  • • Deep cleaning services
  • • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • • Commercial office cleaning

Booking and Scheduling

Booking Process

Services can be booked by phone at (289) 807-6328 or through our online inquiry form. All bookings are subject to availability.

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation of your booking via phone or email with the scheduled date, time, and service details.

Access to Property

You must ensure safe and clear access to the property at the scheduled time. Please secure valuables and provide any necessary access codes or keys.

Maison Pristine (17176929 CANADA INC.) uses SMS messaging to provide appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers. By opting in, you agree to receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive messages is not required to purchase any products or services.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or CANCEL. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at admin@maisonpristine.com or 289-807-6328.

Pricing and Payment

Payment Terms

  • • Prices are quoted based on property size, service type, and frequency
  • • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • • We accept e-transfer (preferred) and credit card payments
  • • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

  • • Excessive dirt or clutter requiring extra time
  • • Special requests outside standard service
  • • Last-minute bookings or holiday service

Cancellation Policy

  • 24 Hours Notice: Free cancellation or rescheduling with at least 24 hours advance notice
  • Less than 24 Hours: 50% cancellation fee may apply
  • No Show: Full service charge for no-shows or same-day cancellations
  • Weather/Emergency: No fees for cancellations due to severe weather or emergencies

Insurance Coverage

Maison Pristine is fully insured and bonded. We carry comprehensive liability insurance to protect your property.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best service, clients agree to:

  • • Provide accurate information about the property and cleaning needs
  • • Ensure a safe working environment for our staff
  • • Secure or remove fragile and valuable items
  • • Inform us of any pets or special circumstances
  • • Provide necessary cleaning supplies (if not using our service)
  • • Treat our staff with respect and professionalism

Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in our work, Maison Pristine's liability is limited to:

  • • The cost of the cleaning service provided
  • • Direct damages caused by our proven negligence
  • • Coverage limits of our insurance policy

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage due to faulty construction or installation.

Service Exclusions

Our standard cleaning services do not include:

  • • Exterior window cleaning (unless specifically requested)
  • • Heavy lifting or furniture moving
  • • Hazardous material cleanup
  • • Pest control or extermination
  • • Major repairs or maintenance
  • • Cleaning of biohazardous materials

Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality. Our staff are trained to respect your personal space and belongings. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with Ontario law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Ontario.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and significant changes will be communicated to regular clients.
